Introduction
Most secondary schools begin the day before nine, at an hour set long before anyone studied how teenagers actually sleep. The question is not whether students would prefer a later start. It is whether the early one is costing them something worth more than the convenience it buys.
First argument
The strongest case for a later start is biological rather than preferential. Sleep patterns shift in adolescence, so a teenager who cannot fall asleep before midnight is not being difficult, and waking them at six removes sleep from the end of the night that they cannot make up later in the day.

What this level is training
This level does not introduce a new key. It drills the left index, right pinky, right index, left middle, right thumb, left ring, right ring, right middle, left pinky fingers on keys you have already met, at a target of 39 words per minute and 94.3% accuracy.
Speed at this stage comes from removing hesitation rather than from moving faster. If your accuracy is above the target but your speed is not, the gap is almost always time spent deciding, not time spent pressing.
