Accuracy and speed are not opposites, although they feel like it while you are learning. Every mistake costs a keystroke to notice, a keystroke to delete, and a keystroke to fix. Typing at a pace where you rarely make errors is usually faster overall than racing and correcting.

Notes on this level
What this level is training
This level does not introduce a new key. It drills the left pinky, right pinky, left middle, right index, left index, right thumb, left ring, right ring, right middle fingers on keys you have already met, at a target of 43 words per minute and 95.2% accuracy.
Speed at this stage comes from removing hesitation rather than from moving faster. If your accuracy is above the target but your speed is not, the gap is almost always time spent deciding, not time spent pressing.
Stuck on this level?
